Any activities which generates products or services for which end results could not be checked without Destructive testing after the process, are usually defined as “special processes” (e.g.
welding, sandblasting, painting, composites etc.). Welding is a special processes:
· welding of aluminum sheets and parts: this activity is performed in accordance with applicable reference regulation AWS D17.1/D17.1M – our welders hold a personal certification.
Stitching involves special aspects related to the type of stitching pattern for the webbing and door net, whether it is a classic BOX , ZIG-ZAG stitching pattern or a structural fabric seam
In order to ensure compliance with the OEM manuals, we do this using special industrial box stitching machines
