Vincenzo A. Chinelli

Vincenzo has a degree in Science and Technology. He takes the initial steps alongside his father, becoming a member of ATIC (Italian Cinematographic Technical Association) in 1980 and has been strengthening his knowledge in the aviation sector since 1983 . He has worked alongside the Technical Services of many airlines, combining theoretical and practical experience in aircraft maintenance and overhaul hangars activity. Since the beginning (1996), he has followed the JAR 145 certification process in close contact with the Quality System and Aviation Authorities. Holds Certificate of Recognition in Aviation Legislation (Module 10), Auditor and Quality System (ISO 9000-9001-9004 EN 9100), Human Factor in aerospace industry seminary ,Non-conformity management and root cause search course , Safety Management System course (ICAO Annex 19 – Doc 9859), load test certification for tripods and jacks,  Data Protection Officer (Reg. EU 2016/679), Cybersecurity Delegate (Reg. UE 2019/1583), Security Manager (Reg. UE 300/2008), DAngerous Goods (IATA CBTA 7.2) ,ULD assembly inspector, ENAC CIT (Technical Competence Certificate) as Certifying Staff – Aircraft Technician.  Being also the Deputy Safety & Compliance Monitoring Manager and Training Manager, to date is a reference point reference for the new crew and the whole Corporate Board.
